Misty Lane Beach House is centrally located south of Rt. 28 and just a ten minute walk to the best of South Yarmouth’s Beaches- South Middle, Smugglers & Parker. Our modern home is situated at the end of a beautiful and quiet dead end street. This is the perfect home for you and your family to spend a week walking to the beach, cooking out in the backyard and exploring Cape Cod. Memorial Day-Labor Day: 7 NIGHT MINIMUM Home was completely renovated in 2023, so everything is brand new. Four new mini-split units for personalized AC/heat, all new stainless steel appliances, kitchen cabinets, new bathroom, new washer/dryer, electric, painting plumbing, etc! Unfortunately, this is a pet free home. We love animals but please leave your pets at home. Summer season (Memorial-Labor Day): 7 night minimum. Guests will have access to the entire home and yard except for the basement and locked closet in one guest bedroom. We are always available over the Airbnb app. Quiet, quintessentially Cape Cod neighborhood (think: hygrangeas, the smell of ocean mist, clapboard cedar sided houses, families walking to the beach) in South Yarmouth. Walking distance to the beach, mini-golf, ice cream, local resturants and more. Also a perfect mid-way point to enjoy the National Seashore and Provincetown. Only a fifteen minute drive to the Hyannis ferry to Martha's Vineyard. - 10 minute walk to South Middle (our favorite)/Smuggler/Parker beaches. - 10 mi drive to Seagull Beach - 15 min drive to Mayflower Beach (must see sunset!) - 15 minute drive to West Dennis Beach The neighbhorhood is extremely safe and quiet-- perfect for walking and biking. Master bedroom: - Queen bed - Dresser - Large closet Bedroom 2: - Queen bed - Dresser - Closet - Pack n play available (sheet not guarenteed) Bedroom 3: - Two twin beds - No closet access - No dresser Living Room: - Non-working fireplace - 55 inch Samsung smart TV (guests must use own logins) - Large leather sectional - Credenza with board games Kitchen: - Dining table seats 6 (4 chairs & bench) - Stovetop - Oven - Dishwasher - KitchenAid Mixer - InstantPot, rice maker, dutch oven - Cuisinart coffee maker - Microwave - Pots, pans & cooking utensils - We do not keep salt, pepper, spices, oil stocked but you are welcome to whatever is there. Bathroom - Washer/dryer (detergent not provided) - Bath - Shower Outdoors - Outdoor shower - Gas firepit - Gas grill (we will reimburse if propane needs refill) We try to keep beach towels stocked for guests but, because they often end up in guests' beach bags, it's hard to keep up with replenishing lost towels.
