Sea Esta Beach House, 3 bedroom close to the beach

Bring the whole family to this nice and inviting home away from home with lots of room for making memories. This 3-bedroom house comes fully equipped and is located in Holly Beach on a corner lot just a few streets from the beach entrance. It is only a short walking distance to the Beach and just steps away from the canal. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the porch sipping on a cold drink, BBQ in our downstairs area or boil seafood for the whole family using the Boiling Pot and Burner provided. The space Bedroom 1: Queen Size bed with full size futon and access to private bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen Size bed with full size futon Bedroom 3: Queen size bed Living Room: 1 Large sofa, 1 Love Seat, and 1 oversized chair Bathrooms: 2 Full size bathrooms Dining Room: Table with seating for 6, Also has an island with 4 bar stools for extra seating Upstairs Porch: Cushioned patio set with seating for 6, along with 2 benches for extra seating Downstairs: Fish cleaning sink, BBQ pit, Table that seats 4 plus a picnic table Parking: Large covered parking under house for 4-6 vehicles Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. If additional parking is needed, you also have access to the extra 4 lots next to house for parking trailers and large vehicles. Other things to note We provide a Boiling Pot and Burner, just bring your own propane There is a security camera facing the driveway and bottom of stairs for guest's safety. Camera is not monitored, but does record and can be reviewed if needed. Guests must be able to walk upstairs to access living area. Approx 25 steps with a landing halfway up Guests are expected to bring their trash to the dump site during business hours (M-F 9am-3PM and Sat & Sun 9am-5PM). There is no trash pickup at the house
