Amongst the ample meal prep space and the stainless steel appliances, cooking will come easy. The sunny living room offers a delightful place to gather after dinner and tune into a movie marathon. THINGS TO KNOW There is year-round beach access via the shell path. The stairs to the beach are only installed between memorial day and Labor Day. There is typically a period of “beach nourishment“ where the homeowners association adds sand to the beach, renters will be alerted about when this is happening. During this time, there will be construction vehicles spreading sand on the beach and it will be closed.
