It has plenty of parking (4) and 4 decks. This family beach house features a fully equipped kitchen that opens into a spacious dinning area. LR has queen sofa bed, WiFi , FS TV, DVD, central air and views of the Ocean. Half bath on 1st floor and a bedroom with twin bunk beds. The MB (Queen) has a deck with Ocean views FS TV and private Bathroom with granite top. Another Bedroom (Queen) with a deck. Hall Bath w/double granite sinks. There is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bedroom with a twin over double. W & D on 2nd fl hall. Just bring your sheets and towels! Guest access We will meet you to exchange key main door combo code and answer questions. We also have a lock box for the key. Other things to note There is no smoking and no pets permitted. Starter paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are provided. This is a single family dwelling so we don’t rent to groups. Tenants must be 25 years or older. Sheets and towels are not provided. There are services to rent in OC.
