The City and County of Honolulu has enacted a law that allows rental houses such as this one to be rented once within a 30 day period of time. With very few guests coming to Oahu wanting to rent for 30 days, the law is interpreted to mean the owner may rent only once within a 30 day window, regardless of how long the stay is.
