Inside, there’s a dining table that seats 2, along with club chairs making this a great space to gather. There is an in-unit washer & dryer for additional convenience. Because J201 is an end unit it is located away from the Papakea maintenance and service areas. J201 features newly installed split system air conditioning in the living and bedroom areas. ​​​​​​​ *** Notice of Property Plumbing Project: - Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. - Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work. - Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. - To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM. - Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time. - We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. *** *** Notice of Upcoming Canal Work*** - Construction will tentatively start November 2025 and expected to continue for approximately eight months.  - Work will begin on the ocean-facing side. - The concrete will generate noise interruption and work hours are tentatively scheduled for weekdays and during standard working hours.  Effective July 1, 2025: There will no longer be a Resort Fee, and parking for the first vehicle will be free. Current Resort Fee Details (until June 30, 2025): The Papakea Resort Fee is $25 per day and includes one parking permit. Any additional vehicles will incur an extra charge of $5 per day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not managed by My Perfect Stays. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights.
