Plugs outside mean you can work on the decks as well. Unlike other 6 bed 2 bath homes on the island we are actually one of the few owners who own the entire building of 2 separate floors! So to get a large enough home for your family you would have to rent one home that has one kitchen, one dining room, and one wrap around porch if you are lucky. However as a duplex you will get 2 kitchens, 2 dishwashers, 2 dining rooms, 5 decks, 4 coffee makers, 2 grills, 2 pack-n-plays, & 11 beds. Families with young children or pets will enjoy the front & back decks as they now have child safety gates with locks to prevent both little ones and furbabies from running away! Plus, from the rooftop deck you can see the sunset over the bay, Gillians Wonderland pier ferris wheel, and fireworks (if any), and the lights of Atlantic City! Also, if you are traveling with little ones there is no need for you to lug that heavy crib with you as we provide 2 safe Graco Pack-N-Plays. We also have a traveling foldable highchair for use as well as a plastic baby/infant bathtub (2nd floor). :) In need of more items but don't wish to pack them or bring them on a plane?? No worries! We love recommending BabyQuip who offers clean, sanitized, and safe baby gear. We are not affiliated with them but have used these services many times when we travel out of state with our two kids and it was AMAZING!! After booking, the link will be in the welcome email so you can contact them and make a reservation. Finally, should your trip accidentally get rained out or you plan to stay in? Worry Not! We have plenty of DVDs! Not into watching TV? Play one of our many board games, card games, etc provided. The mini video gaming consoles preloaded with a bunch of games are always a hit. Family fun!! Guest access The entire HOUSE....both floors (front deck, back deck, and rooftop deck). Once you sign the rental agreement you will be given a 4 digit door code to access both doors. Other things to note Parking: Ample parking is public on street and on a first come first serve basis. There is additional parking along side the block on 5th street. Do not park in one-way alley behind house. Parking limited during events and holidays. Cleaning Fee guarantees that the place will be clean and ready for you upon your arrival. We suggest purchasing travel insurance in case of illness, weather, damage above $1,500, or need for last minute cancellation. The beds we offer are 2 Queens, 2 Twin Over Full Bunks, a Full Over Full Bunk, and a Sofa Bed. However for sanitary reasons we do not provide linens...YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN. We do provide the option of LINEN RENTALS for an $80 fee and it covers delivery of linens for all beds & pillows as well as a laundry bag for easy pick-up by our crew. Please let us know at time of booking if this is a service you need. :) Property has electronic monitoring and camera surveillance. As of the start of this Season we are now pet friendly!! We will allow a maximum of two pets and there will be an extra cleaning fee associated with bringing the pets. Renter will be 100% responsible for the actions of their pets. Our cleaning crew has special ultraviolet tools to help make sure the place is 100% clean for non pet renters with allergies. All bookings are required to sign OUR OWN RENTAL AGREEMENT (sent via Docusign). This rental agreement covers house rules, guidelines, expectations, etc. Without a fully completed, signed rental agreement we cannot grant access to our property. For insurance purposes, renter will need to provide their address to complete the rental agreement (no PO boxes). This requirement is non-negotiable. Thank you.
