Loft in Dillon

The RQR Loft is a relaxing getaway on a 130 year old ranch within 3 minutes of Dillon. Located above a heated garage, separate entrance, a staircase sixteen steps leads guests up to an open, contemporary space that is elegant and comfortable. High-beamed ceilings and stone gas fireplace complements sunrise views from the bedroom and sunset over mountains from the elevated deck. A few steps away a two bedroom vintage cottage is located on same property for larger group booking! The space Newly constructed with a classic Yellowstone Lodge vibe, the loft has high ceilings and wood beams. This 1000 sq. ft., second floor loft is cozy and offers the feel of being hidden away from everything but with expansive views and the slow pace of small ranch activities. Two acres of horse pasture and horses, plus other buildings on 4.3 acres, includes two older, updated cottages, an old garage, a "spud hut" aka root cellar, a tack shed and a newly constructed lodge-pole pine horse barn. All this is on a quiet paved country road located minutes from the restaurants, bars, brewery, churches, grocery stores, and downtown life of cowboy-town Dillon. Located 2.5 hours from the West entrance of Yellowstone! Guest access The entire loft is for private use of the guest. The individual steps to the loft are a bit narrow and there is a handrail. The 2nd story deck is for use of the guests only but opens onto a pasture area used by the owner and available for firepit hangouts. Guests are welcome to wander the grounds and visit the horses who expect carrots and apples but won't be mad if you don't have any. Other things to note The loft is secluded and private amidst mini-ranch activities. A horse, a cat, landscapting projects, and home improvements are ongoing in the environment. If we are on site when you arrive, we are happy to help with luggage due to narrow steps up the staircase.
