River House, musical waterfalls

One of a kind custom house. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene house as you listen to the musical sounds of the gurgling stream and waterfalls, some of which can be seen from the house. Large living room with open beam ceilings and a large deck overlooking the stream. Upstairs are 2 dormers with open sleeping area daybeds/trundle for relaxing, sleeping or enjoying the ocean view. 2 upper decks one overlooking the stream and the other facing West often sees sunsets and a view of Maui The space Home is located on 1/2 an acre with the Waiulili Stream running alongside the property and in front of the house. The rental is 2 stories. Access to the front door and main floor is by ramp or stairs. On the main floor are 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed, the 2nd is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and has an adjustable king size bed which can be split into 2 twins if needed. Next to the queen bedroom is a full bath , the other downstairs full bathroom is just beside the front entry door. It is also a laundry room. Perfect place to wash off after a day at the beach Upstairs are 2 separate open sleeping areas on the ocean side and the other on the mountain side of the house. each of these sleeping areas has a twin day bed with an additional pull out bed, Also upstairs is the 4th bathroom with an exta large soaking tub, shower wand, diffuser, and battery candles for a spa like experience. Kitchen has d/w, dual range stove, full size fridge, coffee maker, coffee grinder, rice cooker, vitamix blender. Spacious Living room and dining table have an open beam ceiling adding to the grand spacious feeling. The large deck of the living room overlooks green tropical foliage and the stream. Fall asleep on a chaise lounge listening to the sound of the stream and the musical windchimes or enjoy a family meal sitting around the large patio table while barbecuing on the gas grill. Upstairs are 2 smaller decks ideal for a snooze or reading a book. Guest access The main floor and upstairs loft is available for the guests along with the large deck off the living room and 2 upstairs decks, one overlooking the stream and the other facing Maui (can be seen on occasion) and sunsets Other things to note Please note that our 2nd floor bedrooms 3 & 4 do not have doors . They are separate from each other and on opposite sides and ends of the house. One is on the North/ocean side the other South/mountain side. They are considered more of an open sleeping area.
