Entire basement studio in my home :) -Private outdoor entrance to your studio, which is a nice sized room, and includes a large sectional and ONE twin bed. You have your own private bathroom with a large shower. A kitchenette has the basics- a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. You are welcome to grill on the Blackstone out back, and as use the outdoor garage space, which has a hang out area. The hot tub in the back is there for you too! A fat, friendly cat has access to you too :) The space The living area/bedroom area is cozy and clean. Please note: a cat door allows my kitty to roam between your space and mine, although the door separating us locks. Kinny Kitty, thus far, has been a highlight to guests. :) This listing has ONE TWIN BED and is marked for one guest.. However, the sectional easily accommodates for two other people (3 max people), if you are alright with cozy, and couch sleeping. Again- 2 people share the sectional, and one person has a twin bed. Linens for the couches are stored near the sectional, for you to throw on, if there is indeed more than one guest. Guest access You are welcome to use the front porch for your morning coffee. The garage is set up for sitting at the fire pit. Other things to note The location is about 12 blocks to the hill (UNI), with night life activities and local eateries. The house is bit closer to downtown Main st: 10 blocks; charming shops, local breweries, beautiful parkade. Easily walkable to either place!
