Pet friendly! $200 pet fee required. The space Brand new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a fully-equipped kitchen and outdoor area. Bedrooms each have cooling memory foam mattresses, crisp cotton linens, an abundance of pillows and blackout shades. Radiant floor heating in primary bathroom for those chilly Montana mornings. Self-inflating, queen size air mattress with memory foam topper available upon request. Fully-stocked kitchen with nonstick pots and pans and all kitchen utensils, blender, toaster, and 12-cup coffee maker. Washer and dryer with laundry soap available for guest use while staying. Hot tub towels and dog towels are provided. Please review the Dog Rules if your dog is joining for your stay. Pet fee required. Failure to follow Dog Rules may result in additional fees. The clubhouse is now open and available for use! Guest access Full access to the house with the exception of a closet in the garage. Other things to note **Dog Rules** (1) Limit of one (1) well-behaved dog. (2) NO DOGS ON FURNITURE. NO EXCEPTIONS based on size, breed, grooming status, or owner. (3) Dogs must be crated when left alone in the house. Crate not provided. (4) Do not leave barking dogs unattended outside; please respect our neighbors. (5) Dog towels are provided – please do not use bath towels to wipe dogs and paws down. We love dogs. They’re the best. But please be respectful of all guests and our home while staying with us. Failure to follow Dog Rules may result in additional fees. Guests responsible for all damage caused by pet.
