Situated in the heart of Highlands. Our nearly 100 year home boasts so much character, inviting all the tranquil, and or action for couples or the entire fam jam. Accessible to NYC via ferry, beaches, and just blocks to the bay. All set in a walkable, quaint town with many wonderful attractions near by. Hiking trails, and numerous adjacent towns including Red Bank, Rumson, Seabright, and Monmouth Beach. The home has 3 bedrooms - One king size bed with a small smart tv. Second bedroom has two twin beds in Montessori low to ground ideal for children but are comfortable enough for anyone. Third bedroom has a full size bed and a loft bed that is a twin. This room has a 50 inch tv. There is a large open floor plan with a craft/game area and piano. There is a large dinning table that comfortably seats 10. Two sitting rooms. One with a pullout couch. The other with a larger couch and 55 inch tv. No cable but streaming is available. A beautiful front porch with couches, fire table and a dining table for 6. Fenced in yard with turf and patio/pavers. Great for dogs and relaxing outside or having the kids get their energy out. One small half bath downstairs One full bath with bath tub on second floor You have access to the entire home and property besides underneath the house and the third floor attic. We will have a contact always available for any needs, questions or concerns Wonderful little fisherman town with many attractions, restaurants, hiking, bay within blocks of our home and the beach across the bridge. Very safe community that attracts many tourists but still has a small town charm and homey-ness. See in the notes all the places and happenings. We have a driveway for one vehicle. There is always plenty of off street parking in the lot next store but that is not overnight. You can also park on the street with no problems besides Friday morning between 7-9am for street sweeping. The driveway comfortably holds one vehicle. It is a walking town with many local attractions on foot. You can also rent bikes in town. There are many more wonderful attractions to drive to for longer stays to explore the area for day trips. I only Recommend if you are in for a long stay. Otherwise there's so much to do, see or relaxing to be had right here in Highlands. You have a local bike shop in town that rents bikes - Krankys. There is a local fishery - Lusty Lobster. A place to charter boats, sunset cruises. Many fine eateries with live music. We also have some items to accommodate children upon request. As well as a paddle board for use upon request and some other items. We have an outdoor rinse off area (cold water).
