The ground level has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, indoor laundry W/D, and guest bedroom with two twin beds and a TV. The spacious living area leads out to an open air lanai and grassy lawn, perfect for a game of cornhole (provided). Access to two shared pools, hot tub, and tennis courts. The primary bedroom with king bed is upstairs, opens up to two lanais, with an office space boasting incredible views. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in closet, walk-in shower, and a separate bathtub. Both bedrooms have a portable AC for your comfort. Cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms is included. A trundle sofa in the living room offers an additional sleeping place (a $50/night additional guest fee is applied for 5th guest). Guest access We offer a contactless check-in with lock-box entry. For your convenience, we do provide some beach gear for your use: beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, and beach towels.
