We aim at excellent guest comfort and experience and have succeeded at this for almost 6 years, with all of our guest homes. This is a loft, so it is on the second floor of a home with another beautiful home on the main floor, Lee's Garden House. They both are just a few blocks from town and have their own separate parking and entries, however could be rented together. thank you for trusting us!! The space Eclectic and whimsical, peaceful and light, rich and bold, soft and cozy... impressions we have felt in this brand new space. Climb the garden inspired stairway to your loft in between a pink Victorian and the old brick Tudor. Magnolia blooms in early spring out the kitchen windows, tulips and blooming bushes are the view from the living area, roses through spring, summer and fall; hydrangeas and succulents line your driveway and flowers fill in the spaces between your four outdoor Adirondacks. The kitchen is a delight with red glass tile, leathery granite, natural hickory, a gas 5 burner stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, coffee maker and electric hot pot, along with all the pans, dishes and utensils you might need to cook, bake or serve with. We provide spices, olive oil, coffee and tea for you and the seating around the peninsula is comfy and forethought for a work space with plugins handily near by. Be refreshed and ready for your day in the large bathroom with lots of natural light, a bathtub with tiled walls to encapsulate a wonderful handheld shower and both body and hair soap are set neatly inside. Hand selected towels and cloths are in a large closet with all kinds of room for each of your personal toiletries. The queen bedroom has a comfortable mattress covered in luxurious faux fur with cotton sheets and four pillows to ensure you have a great night of sleep. There are two small closets on each side of the bed with built in cubbies next to each sleeper with outlets for your devices and a reading light, so no need to get up once you've started your rest to shut the lights off. There are also drawers for clothes and to set your suitcases on inside the closets. The full bedroom's mattress is wrapped in cotton sheets with a down alternative fill inside a stylish urban duvet. There is a long boy vintage dresser with room for two guests' foldables, a closet for hang up clothing and two side tables topped with charging station reading lamps. The living area has a large pantry and extra closet off to the side and is open to the kitchen area and eating area. Red leather covers the cozy sectional and a big comfy chair and ottoman finish up the conversation area, all set atop a beautifully patterned rug with a fitting for garden loft gold and marble coffee table. There are games and books for all ages in the pantry and in a basket in the living area and a smart TV with many streaming options. Guest access You will have access to your own driveway and on that same side of the house is an area of the yard just for you with four Adirondack chairs to relax and congregate. There is a small charcoal grill outside for your use and right inside the entry door are grill tools and charcoal. When you enter through your own door, you could go down the basement or up to your loft. If you bring a bike or other things you may wish to store, you could utilize the basement for this. You are the only one with access to this space. There is an unfinished bathroom in the basement as well, if you'd like access to this, that is fine. The stairway and the entire upstairs are all for you. There is a door that is locked from both sides that opens the main floor to the second floor and basement, however, unless you have rented both floors, you will not have access to this space. Nor will the guests in Lee's Garden House have access to the loft. Other things to note Your parking will be on the east side of the home. This is also where your entry door is located.
