This listing is for a 1 bedroom villa at the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club in Oahu as I represent a timeshare there. I can tell you the view based on the dates so pls ask. I will give your name to the hotel and you check in like a normal guest. All amenities and access are available just as if you were a hotel guest. There is a daily tax of $18-20 due upon check in, but no other resort fees and parking is free. PLEASE note there is NO CANCELLATION under any circumstance. The space This listing is for a mountain view 1 Bedroom containing a king-size bed plus a small pull-out sleeper sofa. An ocean view may be available for an upgrade fee - you will need to ask me and I will check if it is available. Marriott will allow up to four adults plus one infant in a 1 bedroom. The 1 bedroom units are more than 2x the size of a studio. They also have a full gourmet kitchen, separate living room and bedroom, large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and large balcony. They also have a washer and dryer in the unit. Marriott defines all rooms with no view of the ocean as mountain view; view may contain roads, parking lots, industrial areas, etc. Ocean views may be available at a higher rate; these all have some view of the water, but views may be partially obstructed. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee a particular room as rooms are assigned upon check in just as if you were to book with the resort directly. We can put a request for a higher floor but it is not guaranteed. Theunit does have a washer and dryer in the unit, but there are also washers and dryers in each building in the resort that you can use. We HIGHLY suggest you visit the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club website, click on Accommodations on the top right, and click on "1 Bedroom Room" to see the layout and included items in the listing. Please note that the hotel does require a security deposit when you check in. It will be refunded once you check out as long as no damage occurs in the unit. This is a similar policy just like most hotels/resorts around the world. Guest access Guest will check in at the front desk with the official Marriott confirmation that we will provide. Other things to note **Marriott now requires your full name and address as they appear on your ID, plus your email and phone number. Pls provide these at booking to avoid trouble at check-in.** On the beach at Ko Olina, the resort features luxurious studio villas, golf course, nearby restaurants and shopping, quiet adult pool & fun family pool with waterslide, many activities, and Oahu's beautiful scenery and weather.
