There's so much within a one-mile stroll, including Hilo Bayfront Beach Park, Lili'uokalani Gardens, the Hilo Farmers Market, and the University of Hawaii at Hilo. The surrounding blocks are also home to a wide array of shops, restaurants, cafes, and conveniences. Walk home from the beach each day - with the provided boogie board in tow - to relax and unwind in the newly updated living space. The interior is compact but thoughtfully designed, offering a sitting area with a TV, a bistro dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen with all-new stainless steel appliances and maple cabinetry. The bedroom features the perfect desk nook for setting up your laptop as well as doors that open to the lanai, allowing you to fall asleep in the cool island breeze. Complimentary WiFi and a portable air conditioner are provided for your comfort as well. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii, LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
