Other things to note Please note that the property is gated, but it is not fully childproof and is located near the ocean. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. A pack-and-play is available upon request for little ones. For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the house or anywhere on the property. Nightly rates cover 2 guests, with an additional $25 per night per guest, up to 6 guests.
