(Convenient, ample parking with access to elevator) Other things to note In regards to beach supplies, want to mention that we do not provide snorkel equipment, due to sanitation issues, nor boogie boards or beach umbrellas due to possible loss or damage with each guest (impossible to keep them maintained and/or replaced constantly). There is often this equipment left in condo from previous renters, but it is not maintained and is guests responsibility to clean properly for use or check to make sure they are functional.
