The space The open layout of the kitchen, dining, and living areas make it great for relaxing with friends and family with tons of natural light. Walk down the hallway to find a centrally located full bath and laundry closet for your convenience. The first bedroom on your left is equipped with a queen bed and private bath, while the second bedroom on your right contains two twin beds. The third bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed. You'll find the spacious primary bedroom equipped with a queen bed, ensuite full bathroom, and door to private balcony. Within walking distance you’ll find restaurants, produce, convenience stores, ice cream, tennis courts, and a family park. Close to downtown shops, boardwalk, Wonderland Pier, Asbury Street, the Marketplace, bike rentals, and much more! Beach Tags: We provide 8 beach passes for your family (from June 3 to September 3). These are season passes, please remember to return them before leaving. Lost tags will require a replacement fee of $40 each. Parking: The condo comes with one reserved spot in the driveway, and 3 unreserved spots are available on a first come, first serve basis for additional cars. Trash/Recycling: Bins are located streetside and trash/recycling must be taken out before leaving on Saturday. Cleaning: The condo is sanitized between guests. Extra cleaning processes are done to ensure you feel comfortable and safe. Smoke Free: The house, including the garage, are smoke-free. Pet Policy: Pets are permitted on a case by case basis (additional fee applies). Please contact for additional information. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 2nd floor condo via a keyless entry as well as the garage and entryway on ground floor. The first floor is a separate condo and occupied by a family as their vacation home. We ask our guests to be respectful of the occupants on the first floor. Other things to note From June through September, the condo is only available for 7-day rentals, Saturday to Saturday. Please message if you want to reserve multiple weeks during this time. Check-in is 2 p.m. on Saturday. Check-out is 10 a.m. on Saturday.
