The space The condo is beautifully designed to give you a modern feel and the our beautiful island. The unit is furnished with the following 2 Queen size beds Desk and Chair Console Smart TV (Guest uses own log ins) AC The kitchen is equipped with the following 2 burner stove top microwave toaster coffee maker refrigerator Also included are all the basic kitchen items including cups, dishes, pots and pans, basic cooking supplies, dish sponge and dish soap. Bath towels, iron, and hair dryer and beach towels are also included. Bath amenities included Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Bar Soap, Body Wash and lotion *Not included are tooth blush, hair brush, shaver etc. *Towels and bed sheets are not changed during your stay. If you wish to wash them it can be done at the laundry facility located on the 3rd and 4th floor. Guest access All guests using their FOB will have access to the pool, hot tub, BBQ area and private tennis court. Coin/ CC operated laundry facility is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of the building. Other things to note Please note elevators could have longer wait times than normal and I recommend to avoid morning hours around 9-10am and 5-6pm. Please allow extra time when leaving. Due to the inconvenience this unit has been offered at lower prices than normal. *In unusual circumstances elevators can be shut down for testing or safety reasons and not within our control. PARKING SPACE has limited availability. Parking isn’t guaranteed and based upon availability. It must be prepaid separately to guarantee your parking. Once payment is received, a space # will be issued to you with check in directions. Please inquire to confirm a spot. Parking is an additional $30 per day plus tax per car Early check in and late check out fees as follows. Please contact us for availability. This needs to be confirmed before it’s allowed.
