All TVs are 4K smartTVs. Kitchen includes all cooking/dining essentials. Outdoor space offers peace & relaxation w/ a backyard patio & lake access, including a beach & dock. The space This renovated 1950s home is styled with a Bohemian Modern feel that complements its original architecture. With warm colors and high ceilings, this space creates a cozy freshness that makes you want to lean into the leather couches to lazily watch the backyard wildlife and sunlight on the lake. The open living/dining space connects to the fully-stocked kitchen with all your cooking and dining equipment. The first floor is completed with 2 bedrooms, with one converting to a private home office. Upstairs find our spacious, high ceiling loft with lounge, kitchenette, office, bedroom and WIC. Outside offers just as much space with a wide and flat yard off the deck built for lounging. Walk to the lake to find a sand-filled beach with dock. Guest access Guests can easily access the property via their private entrance with keyless entry. A code will be provided to guests prior to their check-in date. The property includes a private, paved driveway that fits up to 3 vehicles. There is no parking on the street. Other things to note Rentals longer than 28 days may require background checks and lease for all non-booking and/or non-verified adults staying on the property. That is, any adults staying on property who are not the person making the reservation and/or not verified by AirBnB, are required to complete a background check at their own expense and as coordinated by the owners. Monthly cleaning is included in the rental, and is required. Guests must allow cleaners to enter and clean the property at the end of each month. Lake use, primarily swimming and boating, is at the risk and liability of the individuals. We highly recommend use of life vests. Motorized watercraft are illegal on the lake.
