Lakefront Cabin on Big Spirit

Relax with family and friends at this peaceful cabin on Big Spirit Lake. Completely remodeled in 2023. Enjoy the open floor plan and beautiful outdoor space. This cabin is located on the south east side of Spirit Lake. A short walk to the spill way, boat ramp and park! A private dock and a swimmable beach is the perfect place to enjoy swimming, fishing and floating. Enjoy all the amenities of home including central air, full size washer and dryer, Blackstone grill, wifi and flat screen tv. The space This newly remodeled cabin is very clean. New appliances, kitchen cabinets, floor, paint and furniture throughout. Bedroom one has a queen bed. Bedroom two has a set of bunkbeds, a trundle and a twin bed. (The top bunk has a max weight of 150) The living room has a pull out queen hidabed. The kitchen table seats 6 and there are 2 folding chairs for your use. The deck has a table with 6 chairs as well as a Blackstone. Please note, the maximum adults for this rental is 6 but we will accept an extra 2 children (under 12 years old) for a total of 8 Guest access Guests will have access to the home, deck, fire pit, 2 paddle boards and other outdoor floats under the deck. There are 2 parking spaces provided in front of the home. We do not allow a watercraft to be tied up to the dock overnight. We will allow a watercraft to be tied up during the day for loading, bathroom breaks, lunch etc. Other things to note The boat and hoist are not available for rent. The owner may access the boat but will inform renter if this is planned prior to and will not enter cabin. Owners cabinet in the entry way will be locked with personal property. The front storage shed will be locked with owners personal property.
