The space Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay including an electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee station, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils and silverware. Our Kitchen also has a dishwasher, garbage disposal and an island that has extra seating for four people. Living Room The living room offers a large screen television, electric fireplace, couch with a queen sized bed, and a dining table with four chairs. Private Balcony The balcony is located right off the living room and has 2 small tables and four chairs. There is a view of the beach, ocean and seawall. Two Bedrooms Our spacious two bedroom condo sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably with a Queen sized pull out sofa bed in the living area. The two bedrooms are both furnished with a queen-size bed, flat screen tv, and vinyl plank flooring. Two Full Bathrooms Hall Bathroom offers tile flooring, large tub shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, and large mirror. Master Bathroom is connected to one bedroom and offers tile flooring, a large stand up shower, toilet, sink, and mirror Guest access Keyless entry provided for guest convenience, included in check in instructions. Guests will have access to the common areas of the resort: one designated parking spot per unit, controlled lobby door, elevator, luggage carts, pool, housekeeping and on-site staff. Other things to note -Booking Guests must be 25 or older. Families with children of all ages are welcome with their parent/guardian (per HOA guidelines) - Luggage carts next to the elevator are available for easy loading/unloading. - Pool passes are included for use of the shared pool open to the public from the Flip Flopz Bar and Restaurant. Wrist bands will be located on the kitchen island for your convenience.
