This spacious home features a large sunken living room and multiple rooms that open to the ocean. The front of the home has a grass yard that spills down to a private beach, accessible only by the few upscale homes located along the beach. This is a single dwelling home with no caretaker or additional homes on property. We provide guests with a free app that includes driving directions, move in instructions, information about the house and loads of info about our island. We love to share our favorite recommendations with guests. We can be reached via email or telephone. We have staff in the office 7 days a week and use an answering service after hours. Simply leave a message with them and we will return your call the next business day. If it's an emergency, the answering service will get in touch with one of our staff as soon as possible. South Shore 35 is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors on either side. Guests have direct beach access from the backyard. The beach outside the home is ideal for beach walking,paddle boarding, and kayaking. The surf break in front of the home known as "Secrets." Public Transportation is possible and a bus stop is located very close to the house.
