Mosquito Park Condo

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish 1890 building. There's a park that overlooks the Mississippi. And for the musically inclined there is a piano. Play your heart out! And it's just a short walk downtown. Where there's lots of great restaurants and cool shops. Rates are set by AirBnB. I offer weekly and monthly stays discounts. If there are any more than two guests there will be an additional charge for the third to eighth guests. The space This place is a home. It's not a hotel. It's quirky and fun. The space is unique. The bath towels don't match. And the bed sheets have flowers on them. It's like staying at your favorite aunt's house. Or you 'll feel like you might see your grandmother baking cookies in the kitchen. It's just that kind of place. When you're here you'll find it just "feels right". There is a backyard patio for sipping ice tea and lemonade in the summer. Upstairs are three bedrooms that sleep two each. The full bath is on the second floor. A half bath is located on the first floor. The living room on the first floor has a pull out sleeper sofa for two. The stairs are typical for the time it was built. They are a bit steep and narrow. But still very manageable for most people. Ample on street parking is always free. You'll enjoy your stay in our charming 1890's built home. The historic neighborhood is great for casual walks. The Mosquito Park is just a few yards out the back door. It overlooks the majestic Mississippi river. It's a popular place for wedding /prom photos and selfies! Guest access You'll have access to the entire condo and the backyard. An outdoor grill is not part of your package. Other things to note Let me know if you want to play the piano. It was last tuned on May of 2025. There are many staple food stuffs stocked. There is always coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. Then there are a changing inventory of pasta, flour, spices, condiments, popcorn, oatmeal, soup, rice, olive oil, vinegar and more! Bottles of water are also provided.
