There is a backyard patio for sipping ice tea and lemonade in the summer. Upstairs are three bedrooms that sleep two each. The full bath is on the second floor. A half bath is located on the first floor. The living room on the first floor has a pull out sleeper sofa for two. Ample on street parking is always free. It overlooks the majestic Mississippi river. It's a popular place for wedding /prom photos and selfies! Guest access You'll have access to the entire condo and the backyard.
