A block away from the famous International Marketplace, restaurants and mall! Just a 10-15 minute stroll is famous Waikiki Beach! Enjoy the large salt water pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, BBQ, picnic tables and Fitness room. Parking is available in adjacent parking garage for $40/day (rates are subject to change). Guest access The Island Colony is surrounded by many convenient stores (including in the building 6th floor), eateries and boutique shops all within a block. So, walking is great! Also in the same block is the city Bus stop called "The Bus" where you can go everywhere on the island. There is also The Waikiki Trolley (fee) that is offered at various pick up points near by. Uber is always an option too! Other things to note *Notice: To ensure the property remains in excellent condition, the building management periodically schedules essential maintenance, including pest control, window cleaning, emergency water shutoffs for repairs, and other necessary work. While we may not always know the exact schedule at the time of booking, we will promptly inform guests if any scheduled maintenance is expected to impact their stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. ------------------------------ *NOTICE of TEMPORARY Pool/Jacuzzi Closure* TEMPORARY Closure of the 6th floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, & Pool Deck areas starting on NOVEMBER 9th, 2025 at 9:00 p.m. and upon completion, will re-open on NOVEMBER 17, 2025 @ 7:00 a.m. (Weather permitting) for the Annual Preventative Maintenance, Cleaning, & Repairs. As part of this important process, the access gate to the Pool/Jacuzzi Deck area will be locked and secured and ALL of the area’s amenities will NOT BE available for use. Please be advised that the building will undergo a pest control program on the following dates: Jan 21, Mar 18, May 20, Jul 15, Sep 16, Nov 18, 2025, from 9am - 1pm. If you are not in the unit during this time, the management recommends that you secure any valuable items left in your room and to keep your space clean and tidy.
