We are walkable to exquisite beaches and parks as well as downtown Swampscott where you will find shops, restaurants & bars to explore. If you feel like hanging in, share a meal in our well stocked kitchen or a cocktail in the parlor. Perfect for a couples getaway, small family or a group of friends looking to explore the North Shore. The space Each space has been curated with you in mind. You'll find a Wifi porter on the coffee table as soon as you enter the space so that you can just tap/scan to get connected. Remote controls for the frame TV, fireplace, library lights, heat & AC are easy to locate and labeled accordingly. We have cell phone chargers plugged in and ready for your use. Comfortable beds and linens to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Extras of everything! We have a fully stocked kitchen so you can prep a gourmet meal or enjoy the coffee bar with different syrups to choose from. If you're traveling with the kids we have a pack n play, booster seats, baby gate, toys, books, kids utensils and more. If the beach is your thing, we've provided beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, blanket, toys, games etc. for your use. Guest access You'll have private access to our entire first floor condo. The entrance to the condo is to your immediate right when you enter either the front or back door. You'll also have access to the shared basement where beach chairs and games etc. are located. The front and backyard are shared space as well as the driveway. Other things to note There are some on-street parking restrictions during certain hours but we have off-street parking in our driveway available for 2 tandem vehicles. Our home is old and the neighborhood is quiet :) so please keep this in mind when booking your stay with us. Lastly, we do have professional landscaping, snow removal and trash removal so you may see these folks helping us maintain our property during your stay.
