Kapaa Sands #1 - Oceanfront

Enjoy your Kauai beach getaway in Kapaa Sands 1 located right on the ocean. This property has been in our family for 50 years and it is our home away from home. It offers a quiet garden and pool and is within walking distance of dining, shopping, and activities. Many guests return year after year to the unique property. It was built on the site of a former Shinto Shrine and consists of 24 units with the majority being studios. This unit is a 2 bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms. The space The living room has two comfy couches and opens up to the lanai that is right on the ocean front. The kitchen has granite counter tops, Koa wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The half bath is on the main floor just off the living. When you go up the stairs there is laminate flooring. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and has sliding glass doors that open to another lanai facing the ocean. There is a full bathroom with a shower. The smaller second bedroom has a double bed and faces the quiet garden area. The bedroom is quite small compared to the master but has a full closet and dresser available. The rooms are cooled by ocean breezes and ceiling fans and there are additional floor fans if needed. Other things to note This place is our home away from home - my parents bought it over 50'years ago and my father (87) still visits twice a year and my sister and I also go down twice a year - we hope you love our home as we do.
