Affordable Cape Getaway

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home. House is in the middle of everything Cape Cod. Located in South Dennis, the house is equidistant to beaches on both sides of the Cape (about 10 minutes, see map), and less than an hour to Provincetown. The space ***Brand new outdoor shower for 2024*** There are three bedrooms. Two are doubles, one has two twin beds. 1.5 baths, living room with fireplace, eat in kitchen, and additional dining room space that also works well for puzzles and games. There is a large deck off the kitchen with a grill and table with six chairs. Large yard has a firepit available, you will need to bring your own wood and marshmallows! Dishes and cookware are provided. Guest access There is a single car garage available, and laundry facilities in the basement. Other things to note Like to golf? Nearby Dennis Pines and Dennis Highlands are municipal courses owned by the town of Dennis, and there are 38 public and private courses located within a 20 mile radius! Daily beach passes are $30 and can be purchased at the beach parking lot. Some fill fast, you may want to plan to get there early. No charge after 5:00, so sunsets are always free! You can also a purchase a weekly sticker for $90 at town hall. There are numerous National Seashore Beaches throughout the Cape as well. The Cape Cod rail trail crosses Rt. 134 a couple miles from the house, and there are bike rentals available there. If you have your own bikes, it is also only a short distance to where the trail crosses Old Bass River Road, from there you can ride for miles in either direction. There are more restaurants in the area than could be listed. Everything from simple to extravagant is available within a few minutes of the house. Sesuit Cafe is a great option for a harbor side lobster roll, and Marsh Side offers a more upscale experience while still maintaining a laid-back atmosphere while overlooking the salt marshes of Sesuit Harbor. There are abundant fishing opportunities nearby, regardless of your experience level. Surf casting, numerous jetties, and fly fishing in many of the estuaries are close by. West Dennis Beach offers all three. There are also many charter and party boat opportunities nearby as well. Ferries from Hyannis can take you to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard with ease, Ferry is 30-45 minutes from the house.
