STRP Lic # 24-00069 The space DUPONT DUNES: - Beautiful new construction with no amenity spared - 4.5 bathrooms - 4 bedrooms: 1 Cali King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Full beds, 3 Twin beds - 2 Balconies + ROOFTOP DECK with Ocean & Bay views - 4 beach badges - Beach chairs - Wagon to haul beach essentials - Kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, etc. - Board games - Washer & dryer - Smart TVs with access to most basic cable channels (ABC, Fox, CBS, MTV, AMC, etc.) Guest access The entire house minus a closet with personal items. Other things to note ** PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: ** Guests must bring their own bed linens. We supply Cali King bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, pillows, and all beds have quilts. BED SHEETS ARE NOT INCLUDED. We have a service available that will provide all linens and drop off to the property on the day of your arrival - pricing varies please inquire for more details! HOUSE RULES: - Absolutely NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made. - NO additional guests. There is a $250 fine associated per person that exceeds the occupancy limit. - All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. Age requirements do not apply to families with young children. Any person under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times throughout the reservation. The primary booking guest must be present throughout the entire length of the reservation. - Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. If a noise violation is issued you are responsible for the fine amount from the township plus an additional fine of $500. - Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be considered. - SmartTVs have access to MOST basic cable channels, limited channels available. Must sign into own TV streaming accounts. - Must sign rental agreement and security deposit to confirm reservation. - Beach badges must be in home by check out time. They cannot be mail, shipped, returned, etc. You are responsible for them and if lost you will be charged the amount for replacement.
