Down stair’s Northern lights

This listing is based on a single family home. The guest will have access to the downstair bedroom with access to a shared bathroom at downstair with another guest. The space Mostly, you will have the whole downstairs for your self during your stay. There are two bedrooms at downstairs. You will be staying in the larger bedroom. Amenities: • Access to downstairs living room and sofas • Access to Wi-Fi • California king size bed • Extra pillows, comforters, and bedsheets • Walking closet with shelves • Access to Iron, Iron board, hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, a small refrigerator, a treadmill, personal fan, personal space heater • Height adjusted work table, reading lamps, extension cord and a work chair • Access to private bathroom in the hallway: You will have bathroom to yourself. For privacy, you will have also ability to lock the bathroom, and bedroom door while you stay. What is not allowed? • Parties, drugs, alcohol, intoxication, or profanity Parking Please do off-street parking on either side of the road in front of the house. Other things to note We have a four year old and an eight-year-old child. They are active children. Therefore, it is likely you may hear some children noises. There may be some instances where kids may need to come to downstairs to pick up some toys or books. We may need to come in for any clean ups and make sure kids did not ransack the place. We will attempt our best to minimize their noises. Since children live in this space, we do not allow parties, drugs, alcohol, intoxication, or profanity. We like to keep our place clean. So please keep it clean as if your own. If there is anything that you felt were not right, please let us know immediately- so that we can make it right.
