Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage overlooking Flathead Lake. Situated on 10 acre orchard at end of road to ensure complete privacy. Large fenced yard with firepit, spacious deck with grill, table and chairs, bar and mood lighting for entertaining in the evening. Beach and boat launch 5 minutes away at Blue Bay (on Flathead Lake). Best restaurant/bar on Flathead Lake 5 minutes drive. Fully furnished, air conditioning, washer & dryer. Stays less than a week are possible, contact me first! The space Our home overlooking Flathead Lake is a cozy place to relax and unwind! We are at the end of the road and have complete privacy. (But the road is less than a half mile.) We love watching the sunset from either the main deck, or from the private master bedroom deck. Morning coffee is perfect watching the light play on the lake. The main floor has kitchen and dining area, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. Upstairs is the master bedroom, bath and deck. There are TV’s and DVD players in both the living room and the master bedroom, along with a selection of DVDs. Washer and dryer are available for you to use, along with laundry detergent. The large back yard is fenced and has electric wire on top to keep the bears out of the fruit trees. This can be unhooked during daylight hours but a good idea to have on at night Guest access You will have free run of the house, yard and deck! Other things to note This property IS Not lake front as Hiway 35 borders this property below on the west boundary line and Hiway is adjacent to the lake. Beautiful beaches and boat ramp 2 miles away but you can walk to the lake
