Cozy, Historic, Mid-City Cottage

Convenient and central: Transportation is easy to anywhere in the city including the French Quarter, Treme, Bywater, Uptown, Garden District... you name it! Uber/Lyft is inexpensive, buses are $1.25, and you can even walk/bike to the French Quarter on the Lafitte Greenway! Ride the streetcar ($1.25) on Canal St. to the French Quarter. This is a great spot for Mardi Gras & JazzFest. Close to Esplanade Ave, City Park, New Orleans Museum of Art, Voodoo Fest, Broad Theater and Whole Foods. The space You’ll love this spacious 2 bedroom/1 bath home. There is a large sectional couch that makes out into a bed (but is more comfortable to sleep on as a couch) in the living room that can easily accommodate an adult or two children. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cook-top, toaster oven, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, coffee pot, dishes, and more. There’s a great washer and dryer in the house for your use. We try to keep the house stocked up with essentials. If you have anything you know you need, let us know, so we can assist you. A pack-n-play is available on request if you have a baby in tow! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and courtyard in back. There is an adjacent, but detached cottage in the back that is occupied. Other things to note Bring your login information for Amazon, Hulu, HBO, Netflix, etc and use the smart tv in the living room!
