Come stay in this spacious house with a large garden, located at walking distance from Whipple Hill and McClennen park. You will appreciate the brightness of the dining room thanks to its large windows and skylight windows. The recently renovated kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals. High speed internet, TV, and a home cinema will keep you entertained. There is a deck with outdoor furniture and a dining table to enjoy a barbecue in the summer. The space - Basement: Finished basement with a home cinema, a sofa bed and its own private bathroom (shower only) - First floor: Sun Room set up as a working area (desk) and a play room, Living Room with a TV, Family Room with a desk and piano, Dining Room, Kitchen, Half Bath. - Second floor: 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed), 1 bathroom (with bathtub) Guest access Guest can access the whole house except a room that is used for storage by the owner. Guest won't have access to the garage but will be able to park their car(s) on the driveway in front of the garage (2 car spaces). There are also free spaces on the street along the house.
