Rustic, safe, and secure. Our cabins are perfect for families that prefer to “rough it”, groups of friends traveling and exploring, or those looking for a unique farm experience. These cabins are similar to tent camping but with more security and raised rustic beds. There is electricity but no heat or air conditioning. Please only consider staying with us if you are prepared for a camping-style experience with shared public bathrooms and minimal amenities. Our large cabins are private one room facilities with camper beds (no sheets provided). Bring blankets or sleeping bags. There are four cabins, each privately rented, that share this outdoor space with camping grills and outdoor seating. Cabins come standard with 6 beds inside but if you book additional guests our team will add more beds. Beds measure 30.5” wide and 74” long and can be pushed together to make lager beds for those sharing or seeking more length. For those staying with less guests, additional beds are great for placing personal items on. Cabins have the comfort of electricity for phone charging or use of your own mobile electronics like cooking appliances or mobile heaters for colder months. (We do not supply heaters or cooling elements aside from a single box fan.) Guests may also bring personal grills and outdoor seating or games to enjoy in the cabin “front yard” area that abuts our parking field and alpaca enclosure. Please bring charcoal and supplies if you wish to grill, and you may bring wood for a fire in the pit. Basic shared restrooms with sinks and toilets on site a short walk (150 feet) away, and one stall (larger handicap accessible) has a shower with warm water access. We recommend showers are taken by cabin guests outside of our farms open hours for the most privacy and accessibility. Four large windows that open for a breeze when wanted or curtains can remain closed for full privacy. Our farm store staff is happy to keep items in the store cooler on your behalf as long as they are only retrieved during open hours. Bar staff can provide ice to add to personal coolers during operating hours, too. (Please view our website for hours of operation). Our farm (Lilac Hedge Farm) is open to the public Weds-Sunday but our overnight guests are welcome to enjoy the full property even when closed.
