Downtown Serenity

Located at 10 W 4th Street in downtown Spencer, the historic Medlar Studio is home to the The Medlar Suites. Suite #1 has Wifi and free parking is provided across the street (Public parking lot, well lit). This unit is centrally located and in the heart of the shopping district with the local brewery just around the corner and restaunts within blocks. The space Suite #1 is a quaint oasis with plenty of space for several guests. We have created a warm, welcoming space for our quests to feel comfortable and at home. With a modern ecclectic style with some touches of our local favorites so that you can experience a bit of what downtown Spencer has to offer. This units quirk is that the bathroom with shower/tub is located inside the bedroom. The bedroom has a spacious closet and we have placed some good storage in the livingroom as this is where the second bed is located.
