Location, location, location! Condo is an end unit with plenty of natural light, on the ground floor and offers free WiFi. Did I mention this also includes 1 free parking space! We are located right next to the boardwalk, steps away from The Seaport Pier and only 3 blocks from Moreys pier! Don’t feel like hitting the beach, don’t worry we have you covered, included is a pool open to the guest only, right on the premises! Washer and dryer available quarters required. Must be 25 to rent condo. Guest access You have the full condo as well as 1 parking spot which is labeled with 111. You also have access to the pool and community washer and dryer. Quarters are needed to operate the washer and dryer. Other things to note You must be 25 years of age to rent property. Government issued ID required. No smoking permitted inside the condo. BBQ is available and shared with the entire complex and located on the 2nd floor deck. BBQ utensils provided. You are responsible to clean the BBQ after each use. I do recommend using tin foil to minimize clean up.
