Welcome to Salty Shore, a perfect seaside getaway! This cozy retreat offers two comfortable bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom, making it an ideal choice for small families or couples seeking relaxation near the beach. Located just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beach and famous Boardwalk,you’ll be delighted by the convenience and tranquility of this location. The space Unit 1 is located on the first floor, first door on the right. This unit features: -2 bedrooms -1 bathroom -1 kitchen -1 dining/living room Inside, you’ll find a tastefully decorated living space that exudes coastal charm. The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with cozy beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of sun and surf. The bathroom is modern and equipped with all the essential amenities to meet your needs. The living area is a welcoming spot to unwind and socialize, featuring comfortable seating and a cozy atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary endeavors, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and snacks at your convenience. Whether you’re enjoying a homemade breakfast or savoring a sunset dinner, the dining area offers a perfect setting to gather and create lasting memories. Guest access Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home! Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site. Smoking and parties are NOT allowed. Parking: Available parking information we usually send to guest (meters, free street parking etc) Due to limited storage space, we do not supply paper Towels and Washcloths. However, we do offer essential amenities such as toilet paper, soap, dish soap, and minis (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) to meet your basic needs during your stay. Additionally, we provide hand towels, bath towels, and bed linens to ensure your comfort throughout your time with us. $10 will be charged for any unwashed dishes left behind. $20 will be charged for each trash bag not properly disposed of. Also, please note that we do not have on-site parking. However, there is a 15-minute unloading zone located directly next to the building for your convenience. For parking options, you'll find several metered street parking spots right in front of the building. Parking meters are activated from May 15th through October 31st. Payment is done through the ParkMobile app, with meters operating from 8:00 am to 3:00 am daily, including holidays. For guests staying with us a little longer, please note City of Wildwood offers weekly parking permits that can be purchased at City Hall located at 4400 New Jersey Ave, for 2025 season the cost of a weekly parking permit is $100.
