Cute, Cozy , Convenient Condo 2

We are conveniently located in walking distance to everything downtown has to offer but far enough away to be a quiet , relaxing location. All updated winter of 2021 with brand new bathroom fixtures, vanities, furniture and beds. We are constantly updating and will be adding more upgrades until the summer season. We do not accept group rentals. Please do not inquire if you are a group rental. Our condo association has strict policies. No groups’ no pets, no parties. Family oriented The space There are outside showers , hoses and bike racks. Located on the second floor, we rinse off our beach chairs, coolers and toys in our car trunk so we don’t have to carry up and down. Other things to note Condo association does not allow groups, family rentals are usual. No smoking , no pets Due to Covid, we will not be providing towels, linens or comforters
