Say hello to The Cozy Cove! Our cozy, 2 bedroom condo has plenty of room for the whole family, or great for a couples getaway! Only 2 blocks from the beach! Just minutes from all of the casinos and entertainment that Atlantic City has to offer, and located within walking distance to several local Brigantine restaurants and shops. The space This space features: -2 private parking spots -Master bedroom with queen bed and closet -Second bedroom with full and twin bunk bed -Queen size sofa bed -1 full bath -Bed Linens and bath towels -Fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances -TVs in all rooms with streaming services and basic cable -Wifi access -Dedicated work space -Books, puzzles, and games -Outdoor patio table and chairs -Outdoor shower -Grill -Beach chairs, towels, and other essentials -4 Seasonal beach passes to use during your stay -Items for infants and toddlers - Mini crib with fitted sheet - Pack and play - 2 high chairs Guest access Guests will have full access to the unit, 2 parking spots, private backyard, and outdoor shower. Other things to note The City of Brigantine law requires all guests be at least 25 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. Proof of age may be requested upon booking. *No smoking, vaping, parties or pets* -Check in is 3:00PM -Check out is 10:00AM Details for extended stays available upon request. DISCLAIMER - As with any other beach town, we will sometimes see ants and other insects in and around the property, especially during the warmer months. We are actively treating the property with a local pest company but will still occasionally see them. Please be sure to not leave food out or food droppings on the floor. Keep doors and windows shut at all times to limit entry points for bugs. Thank you!
