Luxury Pool House, steps to the French Quarter!

Come stay at Maison Treme, a luxury pool house in the historic neighborhood, Treme! Experience luxury accommodations 1 block outside the French Quarter which will allow you to recuperate from the misadventures that await you just around the corner! All New Orleans has to offer is on the doorstep...bars on Bourbon St, live music on Frenchman St, art galleries on Royal St, French Market, Canal St. When you wanna relax and recharge just grab a beer and hop in the heated saltwater pool! The space The main home was built in 1833 but the pool house was just completed in spring of 2019. It was designed to replace the original structure which burned down years ago. The pool house is 2 stories with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs, living room and full kitchen downstairs. You will sleep like a baby on the Simmons Beautyrest Black mattress. There is a cozy bedroom balcony space overlooking the quaint courtyard where you can sit with your morning coffee or evening cocktail and listen to the musical sounds of the city streaming in. The pool house is accessed via a private guest entrance which leads to the courtyard. The guest house includes a fully equipped kitchen, high speed wifi, TV equipped with sling TV, netflix, and hulu. You are welcome to enjoy the courtyard. There is an outdoor dining table, 2 sun loungers and a green egg grill that you are welcome to use. The guest entrance, courtyard and pool is well lit at night with landscape lighting. Other things to note - My default booking calendar is set to a maximum of 14 nights. If you wish to stay longer, please email and I will consider on a case by case basis. - The reservation is limited to two people. Extra guests will be turned away on arrival. I live on the property and will be monitoring this policy personally. - I occasionally have a few friends come over to socialize in the courtyard and swim in the pool so keep this in mind if you are not someone who likes to socialize with others in the shared space. - In the winter, I will ask if you plan to use the pool or not because it is only heated on request. To set expectations, the pool is NOT a jacuzzi and I set the temperature to 88 max, standard for heated pools. FYI, the pool heat pump is only operational in temperatures sustained above 50F.
