Studio sits amongst tropical plants in a quiet Corner of our home. In a wonderful safe neighborhood the studio sits tucked back in a what feels like hidden little garden . Simple, cozy & very clean, located only 1 block to the best beach VLand. The Shower is a tropical outdoor oasis. Mini kitchen w/ all cooking essentials. Beds are comfortable , with high quality linens, we provide guests bath & beach towels. The space The space is quiet, safe and surrounded by beautiful tropical plants, a cozy studio rarely available, located on the downstairs part of our home . At about 300sq ft, our place is adorable and cozy, a newly remodeled apartment with a charm , the style is boho chic meets bali tropical villa meets modern white & clean . We recommend this unit for solo travelers or for adventurous couples. Kitchen is small and very functional for a short stay . Apartment style fridge, coffee maker , toaster oven , all pots and pans , a vitamix blender , rice cooker , crock/slow cooker bbq grill , and other basics for cooking . We provide guests about a weeks worth of the following supplies : TP, paper towels , body soap , shampoo conditioner, hand, dish soap , and trash bags . If you are staying longer or require more supplies we will not provide extras . Few games , books , yoga mats and workout weights are available please help yourself to use during your stay. We do Not have designated parking , you may have to walk down the street or to Kam Hwy about a 3 min walk . The beach is a 5 min walk away. We have a shared laundry unit in the back yard area . please keep in mind that outdoor ants and random little bugs are very common in the tropics and we have lots of plants , the home is tucked next to farm and mountain side . We will provide you an eco friendly bug spray and mosquito coils for the outdoor area if needed . This doesn't take away from how squeaky clean the house is it’s just island living norms. The unit itself and your yard area is private , you will enter through common driveway and pass Infront of our home to access your unit . Please be mindful and respectful of shared spaces . We have children on the property that live upstairs . We love early sleepers as this is not a party environment. The entire street has children playing , surfers and locals . It is a wonderful safe neighborhood and the studio sits tucked back in a what feels like hidden little garden . Guest access Shared washer and dryer Other things to note This apartment is on a shared property it is located on the backside, downstairs of my home. please keep that in mind when booking. Street parking . You can hear kids playing . 5 minute walk to beach . Home located next to a farm , there are farm animals next door . Please do not block driveway. Please do not flush anything other then TP in the toilet . Please Follow house rules . We do not allow pets , or more then 2 guests in the unit . We do not allow gatherings of any sorts to not disturb tenants that live on property. The WiFi and phone service can cut in and out because of geographical and 5G tower location , WiFi does work but when weather is bad or windy this does effect our signal. Phone service can be bad inside the unit from time to time. .
