PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our beautifully furnished 2-bedroom apartment can sleep up to 6 adults & offers a play-pen with a plush mattress/linen for our smaller guests. We are a 7-minute drive from Logan International Airport AND a 7-minute walk to the Train Station. Our nearby train station has access to and from Logan Airport. This is a residential limited parking area, please inquire about parking options if you plan to drive. *Bedroom #1 has a queen-size Murphy bed. You may store the bed away and enjoy the open room as a private office space or for any other need. *Bedroom #2 has 2 convertible twin beds. You may use them as two separate twin-size beds or I can set it up as one king-size bed. *The bathroom is equipped with towels, hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a first aid kit. Enjoy the spa-like feeling with dimmable lights and a large LED/defogging mirror. *The Media Room has two sofa chairs that turn into sleepers (please see pictures). Linens will be provided, please note these sleepers are on the firmer side but still comfortable per our guests. *The Living Room has a couch with throw blankets and pillows. Entertainment includes a Projector, Bluetooth surround sound bar, books, and games. *Office Station includes a monitor, standard HDMI cable, mouse, and a Bluetooth HP printer (currently set up in the living room.) The desk is extremely lightweight and can be moved to a bedroom to convert into an office. *Full Kitchen equipped with cookware, plate ware, and utensils. We offer complimentary condiments and a coffee/tea station. The apartment has a backyard, you are welcome to go back there for fresh air or a smoke break. There is a picnic table and a bench. The best thing about this neighborhood is that you'll find what you need within walking distance. There are many bodegas on corners, we recommend Savas Market on the corner of Brooks & Bennington (3-minute walk). If you cannot find what you need at the bodegas there is a Shaw's Supermarket that is a 15-minute walk. If you need to do laundry, there are 3 nearby laundromats (5–10-minute walk). Enjoy the different cuisines around the neighborhood. Our local favorites are MIDA'S (Italian), La Hacienda (Mexican), Pueblo Viejo (Mexican/Central American), Rincon Limeno (Peruvian), Oliveira's Brazilian Steakhouse, and Smoke Shop BBQ. For late night eats we recommend Great Chef (Chinese American). For recommendations around the inner city do not hesitate to ask. Other stores/services you may be interested in that you will find within walking distance are CVS, Walgreens, Marshalls, Nail Salons, Beauty Salons, and Barbershops. The most budget-friendly way to get around is on public transportation via the MBTA. The nearest train station is Airport Station approximately a 7-minute walk from the apartment. There you will find kiosks to purchase ride tickets using cash or a physical/digital credit or debit card. This train will take you directly to popular destinations like Faneuil Hall and Downtown. To get to Copley Square and other popular neighborhoods you can switch trains without paying an extra fare. Ubers/Lyfts are the most convenient and are easy to order. The wait time is usually 2-6 minutes. If you are renting a car or driving from out of state, please note there is no private parking. This is a residential street parking neighborhood. Safety and well-being are our number one priority. In the apartment, you will find a fire extinguisher and first aid kit. For any life-threatening emergencies please dial 911, There is a fire station 2 blocks to the left of the property and a police station 8 minutes away. We also have a level two Emergency Department that is 5 minutes away located inside the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center. For a level 3+ emergency, we recommend going to Massachusetts General Hospital.
