Famed on Chappy for its quirky construction centered around telephone poles, The Pole House has been gut-renovated with stylish finishes while maintaining its Bohemian Treehouse vibe. The home boasts a beautiful airy kitchen and two huge bathrooms plus an enormous outdoor shower. Soaring ceilings are complemented by a cozy bar area and several reading nooks. The four bedrooms feature comfortable organic mattresses and lots of personality in art and furnishings. Giant deck! Close to beaches! Other things to note Beach towels are in the large woven basket near the kitchen. Extra linens and blankets are in the laundry room. Bath/hand/washcloth towels are in the lower drawers in the blue/gray bathroom, with extras in the laundry closet and the green bathroom in the cabinet on the right. Feel free to use the cooler in the basement, the bags on the hooks, and the hand basket for beach transport or any other needs. We use the Poland Spring water cooler in the bar area for drinking water (for people and pets!) and for coffee. We prefer the taste. There is a freestanding ice maker on the shelf near the mini fridge. You can plug it in, turn it on, and add water to the top.
