Enjoy sunsets, wildlife, and nature at its finest! The space Outdoor: The guest house features a private deck with breathtaking views of Flathead Lake and the surrounding hills. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or wildlife watching. The private driveway accommodates two vehicles, ensuring easy access. Property: Guests have access to the entire guest house, excluding the basement storage area. While the main house to the north is a separate rental, the guest house maintains its privacy with its own driveway and plenty of space. Most neighbors in the area have 5+ acres, providing a peaceful and private setting. Location: The guest house is located off Boon Road near Somers, a private road maintained by the host’s family. This serene property is just a short drive from Glacier National Park, Kalispell, Lakeside, Big Fork, Flathead Lake, and other local attractions. Road: The house is 3.5 miles off the highway on a gravel mountain road, partially paved. The private road is well-maintained, with annual gravel additions and grading. Front or rear-wheel drive works in Fall, Spring, and Summer, but 4WD/AWD is required in winter. Expect some bumps and dust typical of a rural road. Seasonal Highlights: Summer: The most popular season, with nearby hiking, water activities, and Glacier National Park. Spring/Fall: Quieter months, ideal for those seeking fewer crowds and serene surroundings. Winter: Perfect for snow enthusiasts, offering access to skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing. Living Room: Relax in the cozy and inviting living room, furnished for comfort and functionality. With stunning views and modern touches, the space includes high-speed WiFi, a stand-up desk, and a monitor for remote work. Perfect for unwinding or staying productive. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need for a convenient stay, including spices, coffee, K-cups, pots, pans, utensils, and a BBQ grill. Whether you love to cook or just want to enjoy a quick meal, this kitchen has you covered. Bedroom: Offers a cozy queen bed with fresh linens for a restful night’s sleep. The living room sofa converts into a twin bed, suitable for two children or one adult. For added flexibility, an air mattress and a pack-and-play crib are also provided for a baby or infant. Guest house is ideal for two adults and two kids, we do not recommend it for four adults, as it’s designed with families in mind. Bathroom: A spacious, clean bathroom awaits, stocked with towels, toiletries, and thoughtful extras like a hair dryer. Our guests consistently note its cleanliness and practicality. Accessibility Features: This guest house is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a designated handicapped parking spot directly in front of the property. Both the front and side entrances are well-lit with timed lighting at night. A concrete ramp provides step-free access from the driveway to the deck and side door. The entrance door is extra wide, exceeding 32 inches, ensuring easy entry for individuals with mobility challenges. Pets: Up to two dogs are welcome with a $50 nonrefundable pet fee for additional cleaning. Dogs must be crated if left unattended and are not allowed on the sofa or bed. The guest house features waterproof luxury vinyl flooring throughout, except for the carpeted bedroom. This cozy, fully stocked retreat is perfect for couples, small families, or remote workers looking to experience the beauty of Montana in any season. Guest access Parking: The guest house includes two parking spots directly in front. For large vehicles like RVs, mobile homes, or those with trailers, please contact the host for approval before arrival. If you’re expecting visitors, let the host know in advance to ensure adequate parking arrangements. Guest Access: Access to the entire guest house, excluding the basement storage area. Main House: A separate main house, located approximately 75 yards from the guest house, is rented independently. Other things to note The patio features AirPlay-enabled speakers, perfect for enjoying music while taking in the stunning views. Inside, you’ll find smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, with access to some streaming services and local channels, or you can log into your own accounts. The bedroom includes a fully equipped workstation with a monitor and all essentials for remote work.
