Insta: @thebaysidevillas The space BEDROOMS -Four comfortable bedrooms with ceiling fans and beds made with high quality linens. -Three bedrooms have queen beds and the bunk room has 2 fulls and 1 twin. -All equipped with app-enabled TVs (BYO logins). -All have room darkening/blackout curtains and white noise machines. -Additional portable fans also provided. -TWO folding cribs (One full and one travel size), with fitted crib sheets provided. Both have quality mattresses. LIVING SPACE -Open concept living space boasts high ceilings and joins the kitchen, living room and dining room. -Living room flat-screen Roku TV is equipped with streaming apps (your logins are required). Wi-Fi is 500 mbps. -Dining room has a large table with 9 total chairs and a buffet for serving. KITCHEN -Kitchen was recently refreshed and is stocked with everything you need to cook and serve a meal for a group. -Quality coffee and tea are included with each stay. BATHROOMS -Two full bathrooms equipped with shower/tub combos. Note: Outdoor shower also located in backyard. -Tankless hot water heater allows everyone to have a hot shower/bath, without ever running out of hot water. BACKYARD -Fully fenced in -Grill provided for guest use; Propane included. -Large outdoor shower* -Covered pavilion provides a shaded place to relax on the outdoor couch and rocking chairs* -Outdoor table and chairs that seats 6 -Hot tub. The home is walkable to the Delaware Bay beach. Please note that May-June is prime horseshoe crab mating season on the Delaware Bay, and you should expect to see horseshoe crabs present. They are completely harmless and not aggressive. You've worked hard for your vacation and we truly want your experience to be fantastic. Guest access Guests will have access to the full home and yard. There are a few areas of owner's quarters which are locked or marked "private". Other things to note -Cancellation policy is firm.
