New Construction Home with Pool in N. Falmouth

Come relax in this new construction house, located in quaint North Falmouth. Decide to spend the day at home and hang by the pool and hot tub. Have the kids ride their scooters around the cul de sac while you watch the sunset on the front porch. If you decide to venture out, Old Silver and Megansett Beaches are approx. 2 miles away, and the Shining Sea Bikeway is at the end of the street that takes you all the way to Woods Hole. Whether you stay in or go out, living is easy with this rental! The space Second floor is perfect for a family of 5-6, with a king bed en suite, a second room with a queen bed and third with 2 twins. All bedrooms have a tv and room darkening shades. The basement level can sleep up to 9 more, with 2 queen beds, one (1) single and two (2) sets of bunk beds. Guest access What's mine is yours (mostly). All living areas, sleeping and outdoor spaces are at your disposal. Note: There is an additional space on the first floor that is not accessible, which will stay locked at all times. Other things to note Included in your cleaning fee are all linens and towels. We also provide toilet paper and paper towels, but if they run out, the renter is to supply their own. Note: Hot tub and pool are seasonal. Please reach out for inquiries for specific dates.
