Relax in the saltwater pool, 6 p hot tub, enjoy the gamers basement, or workout in the home gym. This house has it all - Sunsets to a Tesla charger. The space Expansive home with entertaining in mind. Part of a community with no neighbors behind you and extra wide open space for any kind of event. Salt water pool, hot tub, massive paver patio, full outdoor kitchen complete with fridges, sink, 2 built in grills, and built in bar with 4 kegs and bar seating for 12 + several other seating areas throughout the yard. Exterior security cameras. Please be honest with number of guests. If more are here than you confirm, i reserve the right to cancel the remainder of your stay. No cameras inside the home. Guest access You'll have access to the entire property except the owners closet and 1 bedroom upstairs. (Both will be locked with a sign on them). The house is a 3600+ square foot home not counting the basement or 3 car garage. There is more than ample seating outside at the bar that seats at least 12, the 1,000SF+ paver patio, or lounging anywhere around the pool. You’ll have 3 bedrooms on the second floor, including the master bedroom and 1 bedroom on the main floor just off the family room. The basement has a game room and a workout room. Master bedroom = King bed. 2nd Bedroom Queen bed with a twin trundle underneath. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. 4th bedroom upstairs will be locked with no access as I store things in that room. The first floor bedroom off the family room has a queen bed and double doors. There is a sofa in the family room, Sleeper sofa sectional in the basement, and an additional couch. If needed, the home could accommodate up to 10 people or even more depending on scenarios/needs. It’s ideally designed for 2-4 couples staying with a couple of kids that are young enough they would enjoy the basement couches or even the trundle bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms.
