The space The cottage is centrally located in Hamilton within walking distance of restaurants and the downtown. The cottage is located at the end of a short alleyway next to a wooded area that often hosts a family of deer and quail. From early spring to early fall an irrigation stream meanders through the adjacent woods. There is ample parking in front of the cottage but space is limited for larger vehicles like SUVs. Behind the cottage is a small backyard perfect for relaxing during the summer months or providing pets with a place to play.
