This lovely condo is located next door to the world-famous Kahala Hotel & Resort and is located in an extremely safe neighbourhood. You will be able to access and enjoy the same secluded beach as the resort/spa without the hustle and bustle you experience at the Waikiki beach. The hotel has some of the best restaurants on the island for your elegant dining experience as well as a lounge, dolphin pool and a luxurious spa. Situated directly across from the Waialea Country Club and Golf course, the home of the PGA Sony Open each year, this property is truly breathtaking. This condominium complex is a historic piece of land where Jack Lord from the glory days of Hawaii Five-O used to call home and was his permanent residence for some time. In case you'd like to do some shopping then you're only a 5 minute drive away from the infamous Waikiki Beach and Kalakaua Avenue where you'll be able to shop till you drop. In addition there is ground level guest parking available for additional vehicles which must be reserved with management upon arrival. A cleaning fee and deposit will be required for this property with additional charges for any guests beyond 4 people. Hawaii State Transient Accommodation Tax is mandatory for all visitors who stay less than 180 days in a contiguous visit. This tax is 10.25% on gross rent and will be in addition to Hawaii's standard general excise tax of 4.5%. These taxes are required to be charged by all hotels and any bed and breakfast rentals. Any guests will be charged these fees which will be added to the total rental fee and will be exclusive of the cleaning fee.
